Patios need to be done correctly to last and be safe.  Integrity Yard Care makes sure that what you don’t see is done right.  We use installation methods specified by ICPI standards or manufacturer standards on retaining wall block or interlocking concrete pavers.  If you hire a contractor that skimps on what is under the pavers, in a few years you will have an uneven, unattractive, and even dangerous patio. We strive for a quality finish with first install. If inspections and permitting with the city/county are required, Integrity Yard Care handles the process.

​These steps are installed into a curved retaining wall that is holding back a lot of soil and supporting a large level area.  The steps themselves are part of the reinforcing structure and not just steps. We designed and installed these steps with block stacked per manufacturer standards with drainage rock behind. We used this approach to both provide access to the sloped yard and hold back the earth above.  This wall is doing its job yet is also interesting to look at and allows for walkability.

drip irrigation and two year plant/tree guarantee

We recommend drip irrigation with most installations, especially if the design is being installed during the summer months.  This is a low-cost alternative to a sprinkler system and less wasteful because a calibrated amount of water is being delivered directly to each plant rather than sprayed over an area. Integrity Yard Care guarantees the plants and trees they install for two years if installed with drip irrigation.  This is unprecedented in the industry and a testament to their commitment to details and integrity.  Plants and trees are guaranteed for one year if installed without drip irrigation during planting months.   

Follow Up

Integrity Yard Care can stop by periodically after installation is competed to ensure plant health and to see if any adjustments need to be made in grading or water flow.
